Replacement of fire damaged bin store

A managed property in Grantham where the bin store had been set on fire. Our building maintenance team demolished the damaged build store and removed all the waste. We then rebuilt the bin store, restored the paving and preplaced the surrounding fence which had been damaged in the fire.

Replacement roof covering

The lead covering was stolen from our clients roof in Ilford. Understandably our client was worried that replacing the lead would result in it being stolen again. Our building maintenance team used their knowledge of the latest roofing products available to discuss options with our client. The roof was recovered with a synthetic rubber alternative, which is high-quality, flexible and waterproof.

Emergency fence repair

The perimeter fencing of a client in Spalding was damaged when one of their customer drove a car into it. The same day our building maintenance team attended site and rebuilt the fence, securing our clients site and leaving it good as new.
