Jason established Cinderella in 1993 and has driven the growth and development of our business and its management team.
Jason believes that by providing a very high quality service, to the highest possible Health & Safety standards and at a fair price our business will grow through customer loyalty and recommendation. It is these core values that have given Cinderella the well-deserved reputation of a premium supplier of high quality and very safe managed services. We expect the same level of service from our own suppliers and this lead to Jason founding Elev8 Access Platforms Ltd in 2006 to provide reliable and technologically advanced access platforms to our window cleaning division.
Phil has many years of high level management experience. Having worked in various industries, including engineering, renewables and facilities management Phil brings a wealth of experience to Cinderella's management team.
Glenys has worked for Cinderella since 2006. In her role of Office Manager Glenys works across all of our operational divisions and with all of our customers. Prior to working at Cinderella Glenys studied and worked in the hospitality industry in various prestigious hotels.
Health and Safety Manager
Bernadette our Health and Safety Manager has many years of experience in managing both health and safety and operations. She is trained to degree level in Civil Engineering and holds her NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Construction Certificate. Bernadette assisted by our NEBOSH qualified Health and Safety Officers trains and supports our operations teams to work safely following our health and safety management systems.
Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and is currently studying towards her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management. Amy has worked in the human resources field for many years, including experience in the recruitment industry, HR for the construction industry as well as working in HR for the Royal Mail.
Ian has worked in accounts for many years in various industries including electronics & engineering, education and manufacturing. Ian is first point of contact for accounting queries.
Head of Projects
Helen has worked in management roles for over twenty years across retail, manufacturing and the service sectors. She has worked at Cinderella since 2005 performing various management roles. Her current role of Head of Projects & Systems development involves working across all parts of the business delivering improvement projects and marketing.
Window Cleaning Manager
Michael has a wealth of experience in window cleaning and specialist access. He has worked in Cinderella's window cleaning division since 2006. Mick holds his IPAF 1a, 1b, 3a & 3b qualifying him to use MEWPs, his PASMA qualifying him to use mobile tower scaffolds his IOSH Managing Safely & is also a trained first aider.
Area Supervisor Contract Cleaning
Helen has years of experience in the hospitality industry in various housekeeping roles including Head House Keeper. In her current role of Area Supervisor Contract Cleaning Helen oversees cleaning teams and customer sites throughout South Yorkshire and Manchester.
Area Supervisor Contract Cleaning
Tracey has years of experience in the cleaning industry. She first joined Cinderella as a mobile cleaner and we were so impressed with Tracey's work standards and ethic that we developed her to supervisor level. In her role as Area Supervisor Contract Cleaning Tracey looks after our cleaning teams and clients in North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire and the Humberside & Lincolnshire.
