A quality job carried out safely is our primary objective.

Cinderella have extensive experience of providing facilities services across a huge range of working environments.  Each of our customers buildings and the way it is used has its own health and safety implications which are assessed when we plan the provision of contract cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning or grounds maintenance services.

Our health and safety management systems are accredited by CHAS and Safe Contractor and are currently being upgraded to be ready for accreditation to the ISO45001 standard.

Cinderella Support Services has an in-house dedicated health and safety team who train, support and audit our operations teams.  This ensures that our customers systems and Cinderella’s own health and safety management systems are understood and followed on site.  The results of site audits are shared with our clients and used to ensure we maintain and continually improve our safe provision of facilities services.

As well as supporting our operations teams, Cinderella’s health & safety department is keen to work with our customers to assess and select the safest high-level access and cleaning methods to meet your requirements.

We make sure that our health and safety documentation is easily readable and understandable by everybody. Specific building information and customer safe working methods are incorporated into our documentation making it easy for our employees to comply with your systems.   Our documentation is also designed to allow you as a client to be able to fulfil your health and safety duties of managing your contractors.
