Personal / Business Assistant

This role is permeant and is designed to support the General Manager and on occasion the MD. Cinderella is currently going through an exciting growth stage however, as a consequence the GM & MD’s time has become very valuable which is why they require a very efficient and professional individual to support them.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional time management and organisational skills to join CSS as a Personal Assistant. You will professionally represent the GM & MD, demonstrating the core values at all times and will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will organise meetings for both including arranging accommodation, taking minutes and distributing them; this will involve travel to other colleges in the group. This function is busy and demanding, offering significant variety and would suit someone with a good mix of both administrative and communication skills. You must enjoy working in fast paced environment, and have the ability to work unsupervised to meet deadlines. You will have excellent administration skills, a high level of accuracy and be able to anticipate team and individual needs of the Senior Leadership team.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday (exact hours to be agreed).



  • Manage the diary of the GM, liaising with internal and external contacts as required to arrange meetings.
  • Screen telephone calls and act as an effective gatekeeper to the GM, ensuring relevant contact is allowed through.
  • Organise meetings, conferences and events.
  • Monitor emails, identifying critical emails and dealing with urgent requests.
  • Deal with incoming email and post.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, for internal and external use by Directors.
  • Process expenses.
  • Ensure the Directors have management data and reports ready for meetings.
  • Manage and support ad-hoc projects for the GM & MD.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, including international travel, ensuring the GM & MD has/have all information required for the trip.
  • Prepare, collate and distribute papers in an organised and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships at all levels within the organisation, including regular communication via email, telephone and face to face, being a professional point of contact for the office.
  • Proactively keep up to date with relevant company policies and procedures to assist GM & MD compliance.
  • Assist the GM & MD with continuous improvement in delivering high performance across the organisation.
  • At times deal with customer service.
  • Lead the companies ISO requirements.
  • Manage the company’s IT.
  • Manage the companies building requirements.

Window Cleaner - Warrington

This is a window cleaning role which involves driving within approximately 100 mile radius of Warrington to safely clean our customers windows using commercial window cleaning methods.  The role involves team working and working outside, and is subject to a satisfactory enhanced criminal records check.


  • Must hold a full driving licence valid for use in the UK
  • Experience of commercial or domestic window cleaning
  • Able to work safely and put the safety of yourself and others first at all times
  • Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Able to work as part of a diverse team
  • Able to work early starts
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
Desirable skills / qualifications
  • Health and safety training (for example CSCS card)
  • IPAF, PASMA or other certification to use access equipment
